Men on Target is what we call Lake Forest’s Ministry to Men. It is more than just groups and activities for men; it is a community or a “band of brothers” focused on growth and connection for all men.
Our Target – to connect, equip, and strengthen the men of Lake Forest Church together in community for Christ to serve and grow.
Join us for an evening of authentic discussion around relevant and important topics.
Join us on Sunday, October 8 at 12:30 pm for great food and a time of social connection with other guys.
We are offering an opportunity for teams of 4-6 men, age 19+, to come together and compete with their best recipe made on the grill/smoker.
Men are also free to come and simply enjoy eating great food!
At Lake Forest, we believe that as the church grows larger, we must grow smaller and more intimate through groups. Jump in, make some new friends, and learn more about Jesus while you’re doing it!
We have groups for men, couples, and general co-ed groups.
WANTED: able bodied men, ready for a daring expedition. This will be physically and mentally demanding, and subject to unpredictable weather conditions.
Wild animal encounters probable. Personal reflection likely. Sense of accomplishment in the event of success.
Lake Forest Church is not an institution or a building; it’s a community of people who are on a journey of pursuing Jesus together. And we need each other to make it all happen. There are so many places to make an impact at Lake Forest. Not only does our service honor God and show love to our church family, but it’s also a great way to meet others.
