Jesus spoke about the kingdom as God’s presence and power in our world– that this kingdom was near and we could learn to both notice and participate in his kingdom. When we learn to recognize the kingdom and walk in it, we become a part of Jesus mission to bring his kingdom to this world. One day Jesus will return and his kingdom will rule all of creation. Yet even while we wait expectantly, we can catch glimpses of his kingdom in our everyday lives.
