2. Join the Lake Forest Dressember Team and participate in the 2024 Style Challenge.

Every December, advocates from all over the world pledge to wear a dress or tie for the 31 days of December. Some plan their outfits ahead of time, others challenge themselves to wear the same dress or tie during the whole month, and others enjoy mixing and matching with things in their closet each morning. That’s the beauty of the challenge: you make it your own. Rest assured, you do not need to go buy a whole new wardrobe to participate! Part of the fun is using what you have right where you are.
The purpose behind joining our team officially is so that we know who to include on official team communications, who you are and how to reach out and support you as you participate, and so that you can be a part of the amazing generosity that always comes out of the Lake Forest Church community!
Even if you’re feeling nervous about your first year as an advocate, don’t worry there’s lots for all of us to learn and plenty of other people will be trying it out for their first time as well!

How to join:

– Create your own personal page; this will allow you to have your own personal giving link and goal amount.
– After your personal profile is set up, it should redirect you to the first page to search through the teams. Look for “Lake Forest Church Dressember Team,” and click to join.
