Christmas Eve at Lake Forest Church

Monday, December 23
5:30 pm | 7:00 pm

Tuesday, December 24
1 pm | 2:30 pm | 4 pm

What can I expect?

Each service will last about one hour. The services will be identical (there is no difference between Monday or Tuesday services). We are excited to be sharing the incredible news of Jesus – God with us – with you this Christmas, and we encourage your participation in worship as we sing and celebrate together. In our service, you’ll be invited to pray with us, sing, and listen to an encouraging message from the Bible that we hope will meet you right where you are.

What about my kids?

We love kids at Lake Forest! You’re welcome to bring children into any of our worship services at any time! Our Christmas Eve services are “family style” – meaning, we only offer childcare for our youngest kiddos (0-4 years old), and everyone else gets to worship together in the big room!
Don’t worry – we’ll have activity bags for the kids and a special surprise way for them to be involved during worship!
On Sundays, we have an incredibly fun ministry for your kids called Kidventure! Kidventure runs programming for babies through 5th graders on Sunday mornings, and we can’t wait to have so much fun learning about Jesus together in the new year!

Other Christmas Events and Services:

The thrill of hope; the weary world rejoices…”

Join us on Thursday, December 5th at 6 pm as we set aside a unique time of worship and reflection designed to help us acknowledge the grief and loss that so many of us have experienced this year and in years’ past. Through words, music, art, and prayer, we seek the comfort, hope, and healing that only Christ can bring.
Come as you are, and invite those that you know who are hurting this year to join us for a “Blue Christmas” worship experience.

Make an impact by serving our neighbors in Western North Carolina.

In light of the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, our missions team is continually working to commission trips from Lake Forest to travel to Western NC to serve meals, clean up homes, and assist in construction repairs. In addition to Lake Forest’s partnerships and initiatives to serve, there are many other organizations where you can sign up to serve, give, and support the communities of Buncombe County and Western North Carolina.
